Abstract

In this issue we publish the scientific material presented at our 55th Argentine Congress of Rheumatology. These works express a long history of commitment to the specialty of each of the groups and colleagues who, throughout the country, practice Rheumatology. We have added specialists from several cities in Argentina and we are all united through work, communication and participation. We are a plural, open and permanently listening Society where we can express ideas and concerns, participate selflessly and nurture ourselves from individual and collective achievements. Through our 10 subsidiaries we exchange the realities of each region, we stimulate work and training. In our GESAR study groups we deepen our knowledge of each pathology and develop educational activities to share with our community. Research and Education became the pillars of our Society, with both Units created and supported for their maximum development.
