Lupus enteritis
Case report
Abstract
The clinical findings of lupus are diverse and some of them exotic. Herein, we present the case of a patient with chronic diarrhea and lupus. We found clinical and radiologic features that suggested lupus activity. Complete resolution of symptoms was achieved after immunosuppressive therapy; however, more evidence is needed regarding the appropriate therapeutic approach to cases like this.References
